1、开标所需携带其他材料：
（1）投标代表人授权委托书原件(投标代表人需为本单位员工，授权委托书需加盖单位公章和法人章)、有效的身份证原件和复印件(双面并加盖公章)、近3个月单位社保证明（加盖单位公章）。
法定代表人出席开标会则提供法定代表人身份证明原件（法定代表人身份证明需加盖单位公章），有效的身份证原件和复印件(双面并加盖公章)。
（2）招标文件规定需要的提交纸质投标文件及电子文件。
（3）无线3G或4G上网卡、数字证书（CA证书）及可无线上网的笔记本一台（笔记本电脑提前确认是否浏览器设置、CA证书管理器下载等，确保和CA证书匹配可以正常登陆上海政府采购网）。        

1.
