The renovation includes the renovation of roofs, walls, shared areas, water supply and drainage systems and their equipment, greening and planting, and the improvement of ancillary facilities in the community. The total renovation area is approximately 205280.68 square meters. The total investment of the project is 59.3945 million yuan, including construction and installation costs of 50.7685 million yuan. The main objective of this project is to select a qualified supplier through competitive negotiation to provide construction services for the project.
